Return of goods for online orders

To return purchased goods, contact us by e-mail or telephone.


Please provide the following information:


- Product Name;
- Payment receipt/Invoice Number;
- Reason for return;

 

Upon receipt of your notification, we will contact you personally and agree on the return policy and terms.

The cost of delivery of the goods to the seller is paid by the buyer.

 

In order to return the product (s), the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

 

1. The returned goods must be in the original and undamaged packaging;

 

2. The Goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

 

3. The goods must not have lost their commercial appearance, the surface must not have been scratched. This point

shall not apply in the event of the return of a defective goods. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging which were necessary to inspect the product shall not be considered as substantial changes in the appearance of the product;

 

4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;

 

5. When returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its acquisition (if it was issued) and the completed return document.

 

6. If the Seller proves that the defects of the goods have occurred due to the fact that the Buyer has violated the rules of use or storage of the goods, such goods shall not be replaced, the defects shall not be eliminated free of charge and the money shall not be returned.
